Christopher has an extensive history in business leadership and corporate management. Before coming to Fusion, he served as President for a multi-trade services business based in the Southeastern United States. Previously he also served as President for a Top-10 nationally ranked security systems and alarm-monitoring services provider. Christopher lives in Georgia and enjoys spending time with his wife and children.
Andrea Metza

Andrea earned her Bachelor’s degree from UC Berkeley and after graduating, managed a Group Home for the Developmentally Disabled. She moved on to accept a position in telecommunication sales, which was the commencement of a career in professional sales.
Marjorie Briceno

Daughter of immigrant parents, Marjorie started her career in the hospitality industry and is energized by taking on new challenges each day. Marjorie brings management, team-building and problem-solving skills that help elevate her operations team to be the best. Marjorie loves spending time with her family in Florida and cooking foods from around the world.
Dawn Dunavant-Banks

Having been licensed for over 20 years, Dawn has sold over 2000 homes. While selling, Dawn was ranked in the Kansas City Business Journal's top 25 agents and Wall Street Journal's top 100 in the country for multiple years. She's trained hundreds of agents and has managed a large office of 100+ agents. Dawn is currently also the President of the Women’s Council of Realtors Kansas City Network. Fun Fact: She obtained her black belt at age 13 & competed in the Goodwill Games in the US and Russia on the US TaekwonDo team. She’s a Mama to 8 kids and known as Papa Dawn to 6 grandkids… she simply tends to collect loved ones and welcomes you to join her tribe.

Jamila Nathaniel brings 25 years of leadership to Fusion. As a leader in the retail industry, she gained invaluable experience as she led teams and implemented systems and strategies for facilities at 65M+ in sales. She started her own business in the financial industry and as she was supporting, guiding, assisting, and bringing solutions, she evolved into a coach for small business owners and executives. She served as a Board of Directors for an Organization called Women of Wealth. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
Karl Gates

Karl has lived in the Los Angeles area for 20 years. He has spent the past 30 years as a leader in management and business development for both the real estate and financial services industries. At Fusion, Karl leads a team of Partner Development Executives who help partners achieve maximum business growth.
Bryan Kagel

Bryan joined Fusion Growth Partners as a Partnership Development Executive in 2021 after 30+ years in the Commercial Real Estate brokerage and Specialty Commercial Insurance industries. After graduating from Cleveland State University with a degree in Finance, Bryan began his career with CB Richard Ellis (CBRE) as a commercial real estate broker. During his career Bryan has served as a First Vice President with CBRE, a Principal and Owner with the Staubach Company, an EVP with Jones Lang Lasalle, VP of Business Development with Coface North America and Reg'l Dir. - Midwest with Merdian Finance Group. Bryan is a skilled and qualified professional with background in diverse aspects of sale management, sales team building / coaching, lead generation, marketing and strategic planning.
Jared Black

Jared Black's life has revolved around the world of small businesses since day one. Prior to his involvement with Fusion, he operated a small business in Breckenridge, Colorado, and co-founded a software startup dedicated to enhancing booking technology for outdoor industry businesses and streamlining their reservation process. Presently based in Denver, CO, Jared's unwavering passion lies in assisting individuals in cultivating their enterprises and realizing their growth aspirations. During his leisure hours, he enjoys indulging in skiing, golfing, and mountain biking.
Patrick Tierney

Patrick has spent the last two decades in Business-to-Business development. He has an extensive background in developing sales teams and scaling companies. Before Fusion, Patrick raised VC capital to cofound a subscription-based software company to market and ran a seven person think tank out of Northern California. He now lives in the Treasure Coast of Florida.

James delivers his leadership and coaching skills to help our partners grow profitable businesses.

Harry is a Senior Vice President of Business Development at Fusion Growth Partners. He was a general contractor and small business owner in Sacramento, CA for twenty years. Over that time he built a company with 23 employees and was ranked in the top 100 remodeling firms in the nation. He has a passion for the small business owner and assisting them to unleash their full potential.

Her career in sales and marketing began in South Florida where she accumulated over 8 years of diverse corporate experience. Her strongest passion and where she has found the most rewarding professionally, is in working with individual business owners to help them connect with purpose and achieve their business goals. Kelsi specializes in brand development and helps her partners implement systems and processes to achieve maximum organizational structure.

Adam Furubotten brings a thorough, detailed, logical approach to everything he does. Adam has spent over 10 years as an executive in business finance and partnership development. Combined with a bachelor's degree in business management. Adam has developed a deep understanding of the needs and challenges of small business in today's environment. He also has a strong background in manufacturing and production management, consumer financial services, and many years' experience in food service and hospitality management, giving him a broad base of knowledge and experience to draw upon. His biggest strenths are in needs based problem solving and communication, while his biggest weaknesses are in unquenchable love of French food and single malt Scotch Whiskey.

Jonah started working at Fusion in 2019 as a Marketing Manager. Before that, he served in the United States Marine Corps for 5 years as a public affairs specialist. He is a graduate of University of California, Davis. Now a Director, Jonah’s favorite part about his job is working with an amazing team and improving Fusion processes. He lives in Sacramento with his wife and three crazy cats.

Over the last 10 years, Amanda has worked with small businesses to enhance their marketing, specifically in social media and digital strategies. Since joining Fusion in 2021, she has worn many hats which has led to her newest position in Product and Service Development. Amanda resides in sunny Phoenix, Arizona and her favorite time of year is fall/winter. When not working, Amanda enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and French Bulldog.
