Off-Shore Independent Contractors earn $200 [US Dollars] per appointment for simply arranging a Zoom Meeting with a Small Business Owner or A Full-Time Successful Real Estate Agent with one of our Executives.

We offer a very unique form of partnership for small service-based businesses – (1 to 10 Employees) and successful real estate agents, where we invest directly into their businesses to help them grow. There are no other companies in the country that we are aware of that do what we do.

We are looking for individuals who will become specialists in generating Zoom or face-to-face conversations for our Partnership Development Executives who will not only present our growth platform but also work with them long-term to help them build their businesses.


The type of person we are looking to hire for this position has a strong ego, they are very confident and are not intimidated by successful people. These individuals are also persistent, able to speak their minds, and are driven to be successful in the tasks they set out to do. However, we also need these individuals to be willing and able to take direct and pointed coaching.

Position Requirements:

  • High Energy and Dedicated Work Ethic

  • High-Level Deal Closing

  • Outside Sales Experience or High-Value Inside Sales Experience required

  • Excellent written communication skills

  • Able to have conversations with confidence with powerful/successful/willful people

  • Prospect Researching: Must identify “High-Value Targets” and directly contact them to set appointments
