Bryan joined Fusion Growth Partners as a Partnership Development Executive in 2021 after 30+ years in the Commercial Real Estate brokerage and Specialty Commercial Insurance industries. After graduating from Cleveland State University with a degree in Finance, Bryan began his career with CB Richard Ellis (CBRE) as a commercial real estate broker. During his career Bryan has served as a First Vice President with CBRE, a Principal and Owner with the Staubach Company, an EVP with Jones Lang Lasalle, VP of Business Development with Coface North America and Reg'l Dir. - Midwest with Merdian Finance Group. Bryan is a skilled and qualified professional with background in diverse aspects of sale management, sales team building / coaching, lead generation, marketing and strategic planning.

Jared Black's life has revolved around the world of small businesses since day one. Prior to his involvement with Fusion, he operated a small business in Breckenridge, Colorado, and co-founded a software startup dedicated to enhancing booking technology for outdoor industry businesses and streamlining their reservation process. Presently based in Denver, CO, Jared's unwavering passion lies in assisting individuals in cultivating their enterprises and realizing their growth aspirations. During his leisure hours, he enjoys indulging in skiing, golfing, and mountain biking.
Jennifer Evans

Jennifer Evans helps agents and entrepreneurs significantly grow their business. Jennifer is a passionate believer in the Fusion philosophy and growth models. She has a deep desire to see her business partners succeed and reach their dreams. She invests her time, talents, and resources to that end. Jennifer has worked in real estate, mortgage, land development, and construction for over 25 years. She has been the driving force in two small start-ups as well as a senior sales manager for a Fortune 500 company. On a volunteer basis, Jennifer supervised the development and building of a multi-million-dollar facility for children rescued from human traffickers in Los Angeles. Along with her real estate and small business expertise, Jennifer is also a certified life coach and a certified PMP who has been honored multiple times for her charitable work.

Andrea earned her Bachelor’s degree from UC Berkeley and after graduating, managed a Group Home for the Developmentally Disabled. She moved on to accept a position in telecommunication sales, which was the commencement of a career in professional sales.

Elan has been in the business development world for nearly 23 years. After graduating from Brigham Young University, Elan began his career as a business consultant for internet development businesses. Shortly thereafter, he transitioned to assisting Real Estate Investors and Stock and Option Traders with specialized business growth strategies. Throughout the years, Elan has worked in Project Management, VP roles, Executive level positions and business ownership.

Elan has a history in athletics and continues to coach youth sports even today. His passion for coaching, educating, and consulting has allowed him to reach great levels in his professional life, as well. He prides himself on building top producing teams no matter the group he is working with. His focus on goal setting and consistent execution have proven to be extremely valuable assets along the way.

Theresa is an experienced entrepreneur and consultant. After graduating from Purdue University, she founded a sales and marketing firm in Chicago, later relocating it to New York City to focus on scouting top sales talent for startups. Transitioning to consultancy, Theresa specialized in HR, talent acquisition, and online branding for startups. She joined FGP in January 2024, continuing to mentor and empower young professionals, using her expertise to guide them toward growth and excellence.

Adam Furubotten brings a thorough, detailed, logical approach to everything he does. Adam has spent over 10 years as an executive in business finance and partnership development. Combined with a bachelor's degree in business management. Adam has developed a deep understanding of the needs and challenges of small business in today's environment. He also has a strong background in manufacturing and production management, consumer financial services, and many years' experience in food service and hospitality management, giving him a broad base of knowledge and experience to draw upon. His biggest strenths are in needs based problem solving and communication, while his biggest weaknesses are in unquenchable love of French food and single malt Scotch Whiskey.

Amanda Claussen

Over the last 10 years, Amanda has worked with small businesses to enhance their marketing, specifically in social media and digital strategies. Since joining Fusion in 2021, she has worn many hats which has led to her newest position in Product and Service Development. Amanda resides in sunny Phoenix, Arizona and her favorite time of year is fall/winter. When not working, Amanda enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband, daughter, and French Bulldog.
